Appointments

An appointment is a scheduled training session — one event with the participants, roles and location, and one-click creation of all its trails. Appointments are a trainer feature.

Create an appointment

Set the date and start time; an end time is optional.
Optionally pick one of your saved locations as the meeting point.
Add participants: handlers, runners and observers.
You can select yourself and everyone who shared access with you via User access.

Create the trails

One click creates a trail for every handler with a dog — already filled with handler, dog, date and time.
Handlers without a dog, or pairs that already have a trail, are skipped.
You can also create a trail for a single handler to immediately plan its route.

Visibility

You see your own appointments and every appointment you participate in. Only the trainer who owns the appointment can change it.
